Returns

It usually takes 5-10 business days to process refunds once we receive items back in our shop.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Purchaser is responsible for paying postage costs on any returns or exchanges. All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of arrival. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

If you request an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your new order. If your item is defective, we will issue you a return prepaid label and waive the fee on return shipping for the new item.

All returns must have a valid reason (ex. Defect, Size) and require a receipt or proof of purchase

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Store Credit

Items purchased from DFM may be returned for store credit only. Each item must have the original tags and be unworn as well as unwashed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. The store credit that is applied from your return will be for the purchase price of the product only, it does not include the shipping fees charged for delivery.

Out of Stock

If a product in your order is out of stock, you will automatically be refunded for the purchase price of that specific item.

DFM will NOT accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item smells of any odors including smoke, perfume, or cologne.
  • There are any changes or modifications to the article of clothing.
  • The item has any visible stains whatsoever.

Shipping

We prefer to ship UPS because they offer better customer service and shipping is faster than USPS. If your order is placed Monday-Friday before 2:00pm, it will ship out same day. If it doesn't ship same day it'll go out that very next day! 

Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are not considered a "business day" so they'll be stuck in the shipping department till that following "business day".

When your order does ship, we'll send you an email with tracking information. The shipping notification email will show when your order was sent out.

Yes! Every order above $70 automatically qualifies for free shipping! You don't need to do anything extra.

Your order will not ship until ALL of the items in your order are available. If you wish to receive your other items before your pre-order item is available, then please place a separate order. We will always try to have a pre-order shipped out by the release date. Unfortunately, from time to time delays are possible. Any other questions please email: dfmmedia1@gmail.com
